| PlayAthletics 45 | PlayAthletics 45 presents movement/athletics skills in a play Environment. It is a concept where the classes are designed to help develop patterns used in all sports and help with coordination, development and motor skills. These skills are brought together by way of games and fun activities. |

| Pentathlon 67 | Pentathlon 67 continues to improve basic coordination with the introduction of high jump, long jump,sprints, shot and middle distance, using a points scoring system based on the Pentathlon theme. All events are conducted with an emphasis on enjoyment, fun and participation. |
6 - 7 years |
| Heptathlon 89 | Heptathlon 89 covers the events of high jump, long jump,sprints, shot, middle distance and an introduction to starts and discus, with a points scoring system based on the Heptathlon theme. |
8 - 9 years |
| SpeedPlay 89 | This squad caters for the budding athlete from any sport to develop their running technique and leg speed through agility and speed drills. |

| Decathlon 1011 | Children will receive coaching in all Primary School track and field events as well as expanding coaching to include Hurdles, Javelin and Crouch starts. There is a points scoring system based on the Decathlon event. Participants will be coached in two events per session, with enjoyment and fun still the key element. | 10 - 11 years |
| RapidFire 1011 | This squad caters for the budding speedster to develop their running technique and leg speed through agility and speed drills. | 10 - 11 years |
| Junior X-Country | This squad provides athletes with specialised cross- country training and is aimed at all ability levels. The session will involve hills, fartlek training, interval work and race tactics, and fun! | 8 - 12 years |
| Junior High Jump (Intro to the Flop) | This junior high jump squad caters to athletes who want an introduction to the Fosbury Flop. Your child will receive expert coaching in the scissors and flop techniques. Get a head start for fine tuning your technique over the bar in a fun environment! | 10 - 12 years |
